The challenge: create a better instant Ramen experience for your user.
The question: how can I further improve the already popular Ramen?
The first step in the Design Cycle is to Empathize, so I asked my user, “What do you like / dislike about the traditional Instant Ramen” and, “What would you change to make a experience for yourself.”
The results I got were expected, he wanted a Ramen with more options. After my interview, I got to thinking. Why isn’t Instant Ramen an “everyone-friendly” food? So I put my own ideas in with my users suggestions and created an Animal-Friendly Vegan Ramen. Compared to the Traditional Instant Ramen, mine has over ½ the fat, sodium, and carbohydrates. I know what you’re thinking, “Vegan food is so unflavorful!”. Well wait until you’ve tried my ramen.
